Generally speaking, the Ubud area of Bali has warm sunny days and cool nights all year long. Rain is frequent but usually light and of short duration.
There is a traditional "rainy season" of October to March and a "dry season" from April to September but this is very misleading. One can easily have weeks of sunny dry weather in the rainy season and regular late afternoon showers in the dry season.
What is very rare is the incessant "typhoon" rains of other parts of Asia. Generally, rain in the "high country" of Bali is vertical and not prolonged.
The heat in any part of the year can approach 98 degrees (F) but most days are in the 70s or 80s. Nights are always cooler, especially at Villa Santai, where there is always a gentle breeze in the river valley.
